Your eyeliner doesn’t have to match your eye colour to look great. There are seven colours that look good on all eye colours, skin tones, and eye shapes. They range from classic black to muted olive green. These colours are a nice change from the usual brown and black, and they are just as easy to wear.
Black
Black eyeliner is a classic that looks good on everyone. Use a lot of it for a dramatic effect, or a little bit and smudge it for a softer look. Any eye colour will stand out with this technique because it can be used in so many ways. From a distance, espresso-toned shades can look black, but up close they bring out the colour of the eyes in a subtle way, especially when the undertone is balanced and not too cool or warm.
Navy

Burgundy

Taupe that is cool
